-Character- Who is speaking? (Capital letters, in the middle of page)
-Parenthetical/insert - How is this being said?- Voice over or speech on camera? (Lower case in brackets, under character name)
-Dialogue- What is being said? (Middle of page)
-Transitions- How will it go from one scene to the other? (Bottom right on the page)
