Expired passwords

Expired accounts can be reactivated by logging on to your Google account https://drive.google.com with your college email address e.g. dc00123456@student.don.ac.uk and your current password.


Want to change /reset your password?

If you would like to change your password you can do this at any time by logging on to Google Drive (drive.google.com) and changing the password see below for a quick guide.

Once logged into your google Drive with your college email address and password e.g. username in the following format dc00123456@student.don.ac.uk the password is the same as logging onto college computers and Canvas.

1. Click on your icon in the top right of the page and click on Manage your Google Account

2. Click on Security on menu bar at the top of the page

3. Find the section called Signing into Google and click on the > in bottom right of that section. You will then be taken to a Doncaster College password page where you can then pick a new password.

Forgotten passwords/issues using Google

Forgotten passwords can be reset by

Calling the IT Help desk on +44 1302 553579. A member of the team will ask you some security questions and reset your password for you over the phone. Alternatively email helpdesk@dncolleges.ac.uk When emailing please remember to give your full name and dc number to avoid delays.

If you have any issues please contact the LRC DL Team using the personal email address you gave the college when you enrolled and quoting your dc number (this is your login and it can be found on your College card).
