Fall 2023 Implementation
With the 101 deliverables the work teams completed, we have identified implementation areas to support the rollout and readiness for bachelor's degrees in fall 2023. In this phase, there are a few different ways implementation may occur:
Where possible we will use existing systems and structures. For example, to develop new messaging, we will utilize the already established Financial Aid Communication Development Team to finalize this work.
We will be liaisons for some areas, such as with FACT, Recruitment, Foundation, etc. They have the recommendations, and we will check in on the status of updates and provide support as needed.
In other areas, there may need to be a much more coordinated approach, such as common pages, reporting, and accreditation, where those areas intersect with many different councils. We will provide timelines, project management support, etc.
Professional development will also be developed to correlate with all these changes and weaved throughout the implementation phase.
