12/2019 - an ISS Sub-team developed to provide relevant and timely professional development and training around the technology tools rolling out for the Spring 2020 registration/Fall enrollment cycle.
11/2019 - Joint VP's provided feedback and supported the SLO's for the First Year Experience.
8/30/19 - Mini-Retreat with MSI participants around integrating the MSI work into the development of SLO's for FYE across all 10 colleges
8/7/19 - 4 Sub-Teams began the work of developing college/district Action Items: 1) Holistic Assessment / Individualized Learning Plans 2) Proactive Outreach / Suite of Supports 3) Training and Prof Development (student, staff, faculty) 4) Student Learning Outcomes around First Year Experience
7/24/19 - Draft of ISS Case for Change Outcomes and KPIs sent to the VPs at all colleges.
6/30/19 - Full release of all 5 modules of the Advising Professional Development to all 10 advising teams at all 10 colleges.
6/5/19 - All Day ISS Retreat - 36 attendees developed the remaining Outcomes for Integrated Student Support and Key Performance Indicators to support the outcomes. There was representation from each college, as well as most functional areas: CTE faculty, Academic faculty, deans, VP’s, advisors, Financial Aid, contact center staff, tutoring staff, library and counseling faculty, Dev Ed Redesign team members, as well as FOI and Pathways representatives.
5/2/19 - ISS Team began work on how the district and colleges will approach each Shared Design Principle. Summer meetings will happen every Wednesday, 3:30-5pm.
4/14/19 - Maricopa Leadership Team (MLT) approved the Shared Design Principles, which were developed with broad stakeholder input.
