DNK Japan K.K. (hereinafter referred to as “DNK”), in cooperation with its parent company, DN Korea Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “DN Korea”), takes the protection of users' personal information very seriously, and in order to protect users' personal information, DNK complies with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information Protection Act”) We will comply with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information” (hereinafter referred to as the “Personal Information Protection Act”) and related laws and regulations to protect users' personal information, and will do our best to protect users' rights.

Service Provision:
We use personal information to ensure the smooth operation and provision of services, offer personalized services based on individual customer preferences, provide services and advertisements tailored to statistical characteristics, verify the effectiveness of our services, provide event and promotional information, offer participation opportunities, monitor connection frequency, and generate statistics on members’ service usage.

For General Member Registration: User ID, email address, encrypted password, name.
For Registration via Social Platforms: Unique identification ID from the respective social platform, email address, nickname, name, mobile phone number.
When Registering Properties or Making Inquiries: Mobile phone number.
Information Generated and Collected During Service Use: IP address, cookies, service usage records, device information, location information.
*Note: Location information may be collected during the course of service use, and the specific details of our location-based services are governed by the “Terms of Use for Location-Based Services.”
3. Outsourcing the Handling of Personal Information
We may outsource certain tasks related to the handling of personal information to third-party service providers to facilitate the smooth operation of our services. The details of such outsourcing arrangements are as follows:

These obligations include prohibiting the handling of personal information for any purpose other than the provision of outsourced services, implementing technical and administrative protection measures, restricting further outsourcing, and conducting regular oversight of service providers to ensure they securely handle personal information.
If there are any changes to the outsourcing arrangements or service providers, we will promptly disclose such changes through this privacy policy.

We outsource infrastructure management services to the overseas entity Amazon Web Services, Inc. for the purposes of service provision and analysis.

5. Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Data subjects have the right to request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information at any time. For requests related to the personal information of children under the age of 14, such requests must be made directly by a legal guardian. Minors aged 14 and older may exercise their rights regarding their personal information either directly or through their legal guardian.
The exercise of rights may be made in writing, via email, or by fax to the company, and we will respond promptly. For contact details, please refer to Section 7, "Inquiries."
The exercise of rights may also be carried out through a legal representative or an agent authorized by the data subject. In such cases, a power of attorney must be submitted.
Requests for the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of personal information may be subject to limitations in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
Requests for the correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made if the personal information is specified as being collected under other applicable laws.
When a request for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use is made based on the rights of the data subject, we will verify that the requester is the data subject or a duly authorized representative by requiring the submission of identification documents or other means of verification.

Data subjects may contact the Personal Information Protection Officer regarding any inquiries, complaints, or requests for relief related to the use of personal information in connection with DNK Japan K.K. and DN Korea services. DNK Japan K.K. will respond and address such inquiries promptly.
The Personal Information Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring the protection and prevention of leakage of customers' personal information, enabling users to safely use our services. In the event of an incident contrary to the privacy notice, the Officer will be held responsible. However, the Officer will not be held liable for unforeseen accidents resulting from fundamental network risks such as hacking, despite taking technical and supplementary measures, nor for any disputes arising from user posts.
9. Changes to the Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy will take effect on [September 27, 2024]
