DNK 個人情報の収集及び利用

1. 個人情報の収集及び利用に関する同意

2. 収集及び利用の目的

   • サービス導入に関するお問い合わせ対応及びサポート

   • 顧客管理及びカスタマイズされたサービスの提供

   • マーケティング及びイベント情報の提供

   • サービス品質向上のための統計作成

   • サービス提供のための業務委託

3. 収集項目

   • 必須項目：氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、会社名

   • 任意項目：サービス導入希望時期、関心のある機能及びサービス情報

   • サービス利用過程で以下の情報が収集される場合があります:

     • 訪問日時、サービス利用履歴などのサービス利用情報

     • サービス対応過程で発生する通話内容及び履歴

     • 適格証明書発行のために必要な情報（法人番号/メールアドレス等）

4. 利用及び保有期間

   • お問い合わせ日から5年間保管

   • ただし、関連法令に基づき別途定められた保存期間がある場合、その期間に従って保管します。

• Responding to inquiries and providing support regarding service implementation

• Customer management and provision of customized services

• Provision of marketing and event information

• Statistical analysis for improving service quality

• Outsourcing tasks for service provision

3. Collected Information

• Required Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name

• Optional Information: Desired service implementation timeline, features and service information of interest

• The following information may be collected during the service usage process:

• Service usage information, such as visit dates and service usage history

• Call content and history generated during service responses

• Information required for issuing certificates of eligibility (e.g., corporate registration number/email address)

4. Retention and Usage Period

• Information will be retained for 5 years from the date of inquiry.

• However, if a longer retention period is specified by relevant laws and regulations, the information will be retained for the duration stipulated by those laws.
