OWWA Membership

NOTE: MWO-Rabat is currently NOT accepting OWWA membership application. We are still waiting for the arrival of the OWWA welfare officer. OFWs may renew their OWWA membership through the OWWA mobile app.

1. OFWs with valid overseas employment and work visa, and are processed at the POEA/DMW/MWO

2. OFWS who have acquired regular/permanent residency (Permanent or Long-Term visa holder) status with permanent and full-time employment and have remained Filipino Citizens

3. OFWs who have left the country without proper documentation as OFW from the POEA but have acquired valid work permit and visa 

1. Duly filled-up and signed OWWA  OFW Information Sheet;

2. Duly filled-up and signed Letter of Intent;

3. Valid/existing Employment contract;

4. Certificate of Employment;

5. Photocopy of valid Philippine passport bearing photo, name, and signature

6. Photocopy of valid la carte/residency permit (if none: copy of remittance slip, undertaking using POLO template)

7. Copy of ID/passport of the employer

8. 248MAD membership fee (2-yr coverage)

9. If to be paid in the Philippines, please send scanned copy of items 1-5 and provide Authorization Letter/SPA to your relative/next-of-kin
