I work to build a positive, inclusive environment where all children can take risks, make mistakes, and grow both academically and personally. Through clear expectations, consistent routines, and a strong sense of community, I strive to ensure that every child feels a sense of belonging and knows that their voice matters. In our classroom, kindness, respect, and collaboration are just as important as academics.
