Hi Del Mar Heights Families! Nice to meet you, my name is Jacqui Henry and I am excited to be the new school counselor at Del Mar Heights. I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Sociology in 2014 and my Masters of Science in Counseling and Guidance along with my Pupil Personnel Service Credential in 2017 from Cal State San Bernardino. I have nine years of experience as a school counselor across K-12 settings. I also hold an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor registration and I am currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC). After working across K-12 settings for the past nine years, I am excited to return to the elementary setting, where I enjoy helping students build social emotional skills, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and personally.

I'm new to the area and excited to explore all it has to offer. I love traveling, hope to vist all 50 states! I also spend lots of time with my adorable Golden Retriever.
