The Holmes Maker Space exists to bring the makers of Holmes County together to share knowledge about 3D printers, CNC routers, and anything else used to make unique and creative projects.

Like the Raspberry Pi, an Arduino is a small and affordable computer that you can use to learn programming. Come out on March11 and see what they are and what it takes to start writing programs for them. Bring a computer with the Arduino IDE installed to follow along.

Each maker meeting is also a "show and tell" night. Bring your creations and show us what you've made. Anything from model airplanes to microcomputers to woodworking projects is welcome.

Meetings are held at The Gardens At Homestead across from Homestead Furniture just north of Mt. Hope. Address: 8226 State Route 241, Fredericksburg, OH 44627. They typically run from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m.

If you have a 3D printer, CNC, or other equipment that you would like to bring along to demonstrate, please send an email so that we can have table space and power available for you.

For more information email info@holmesmakerspace.org or call 330-275-3672 and leave voicemail.
