G12 YEARBOOK WRITE-UP & QUOTE GUIDELINES
Yearbook Write-Up Guidelines (120 words maximum):
Reflect: Share a significant moment, personal growth, or highlight from your high school journey in about 50-75 words.
Gratitude: Express thanks to those who've impacted your life during your time in school, using 25-30 words.
Future Aspirations: Mention your future plans or goals in about 20-25 words.
Positivity: Keep a positive and respectful tone throughout your write-up.
Inclusivity: Ensure your content is inclusive and considerate of diverse perspectives.
Yearbook Quote Guidelines (150 characters maximum):
Conciseness: Craft a succinct quote within 150 characters (including spaces).
Meaningful: Choose a quote that reflects your values, experiences, or aspirations.
Source: Mention the source if it's a famous quote, or attribute it to yourself if it's original.
Inspiration: Inspire others or provoke thought with your quote.
Positivity: Keep the quote positive and uplifting.
Relevance: Ensure your quote relates to your high school experience or future outlook.
G12 Write-up and Quote Submission Form

The Grade 12 yearbook formal portrait will be a half-body photo featuring the Green Toga, DLSZ stole, and medallion. The attire worn underneath will be partially visible, so please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure consistency and formality.
Hair and makeup artists will be available on-site.
A long-sleeved button-down shirt.
A necktie is required.
A dress or blouse (V-neck or blouse without a collar is acceptable).
Sleeveless dresses or blouses are not permitted.
Plunging necklines, tube tops, spaghetti straps and off-shoulder designs are not allowed.
The creative portrait aims to highlight our graduates' unique interests and talents. It provides an opportunity for each student to express an aspect of their personality, hobbies, passions, or achievements visually.
The background will be grey, so please choose an attire color that contrasts well.
The portrait will occupy half of the yearbook page, so ensure your poses fit this space.
Students are encouraged to bring costumes and props that best represent their identity, such as musical instruments, sports equipment, books, or any other meaningful item.
Use props that can help convey the theme of your photo.
Students are expected to dress decently and be fully clothed.
Pets or other living creatures.
Other individuals in the portrait.
Sharp, pointed, or potentially harmful items, including ropes or nooses.
Guns, swords, knives, baseball bats (unless the attire is that of a baseball player), and all other weapons.
Provocative attire or clothing that could be considered inappropriate or offensive.
Plunging necklines, tube tops, spaghetti straps and off-shoulder designs.
Bare shoulders.
Sheer fabric.
Short shorts and short skirts. (The hem of the shorts or skirt must be at least 3 inches from the tip of the longest finger when the arm is extended downward)
Poses suggesting violence, vices, or inappropriate behavior.
Cross-dressing.
Loud, offensive, or inappropriate shirt prints.
Face coverings, masks, and helmets.
Gang signs and symbols.
Hanging props in the background like clothing hangers or shoe racks.
Inflattable suits covering the face.
Ghillie suit.
Only students are permitted at the pictorial venue.
Students should be able to manage their props and costumes independently, without external assistance.
