ABOUT Me

I am Rodolfo C. Vinluan VII, a graduate of De La Salle University with a major in Game Art and Design. My experience combines visual production with workflow coordination, where I have supported the development of game assets, multimedia materials, and project deliverables across team-based environments.

My background is rooted in 2D art, with experience in concept design, asset creation, character design, illustration, environment work, and multimedia content.

Beyond creating assets, I focus on how work is organized and delivered; coordinating tasks, aligning outputs with project requirements, and maintaining consistency across visual elements.

I aim to contribute to projects not only through visual execution, but also by supporting structured workflows, meeting deadlines, and ensuring quality across outputs.

EXTRACURrIcULAR ACTIVITIES

GAME EVENTS

My transition from traditional and 2D art, into game development allowed me to apply visual production skills within structured, team-based projects.

I contributed as a primary artist in projects such as Incandescence (Level Up 121, 2024) and Magisa! (ArtBloc and Innovation & Games Festival, 2025), where I supported the development of cohesive visual assets aligned with project direction and technical requirements. These experiences involved working within defined workflows, collaborating with team members, and delivering outputs within project timelines.

ORGANIZATION

Beyond academic projects, I served as a regular art staffer for the Malate Literary Folio, De La Salle University’s official literature and visual arts publication. In this role, I contributed digital illustrations aligned with editorial themes and production timelines, including work featured in the sports folio.

Through the organization, I was awarded first place in the traditional art category at the 14th DLSU Annual Awards for Visual Arts.

I also handled a community painting event during Lasallian Media Week (2024), where I conceptualized and designed the event poster based on the theme “Voices Unbound: Towards Responsible Public Involvement and Social Transformation.” I continue to expand my skills through workshops and multidisciplinary work.
