I am currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Technology at De La Salle University. I am also a member of the Bioinformatics Laboratory, the Center for Automation Research and Data Science Institute at the university.
I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, USA, in May 2022 under the Fulbright Scholarship. I received my MS degree in Electrical Engineering under the Engineering Research and Development (ERDT) Scholarship of the Philippine Department of Science and Technology (DOST) and a BS degree in Computer Engineering from the University of the Philippines – Diliman, 2012.
I am a recipient of Outstanding Research Assistant at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the University of Notre Dame and have been nominated for the best paper award at DATE 2021. I have published in top conferences and journals, including Nature Communications and Nature Electronics.
I am currently the managing editor of ACM Transactions on Design Automation of Electronic Systems (TODAES). We are always looking for paper submissions and reviewers.
