This scholarship is given to the incoming DLSMHSI Medicine students who are also in need of financial assistance.
Pre-requisites:
Filipino citizen and resident of the Philippines
Graduate of any baccalaureate degree or pre-med program
General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 83%
Must come from economically disadvantaged households, with priority given to applicants demonstrating the greatest financial need
Application Procedures:
Fill out the Scholarship Application Form for DLKCFS-Med.
Upload and fill out the following requirements on the assigned Google Drive (Please rename the files to be uploaded as (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name & Temporary/Student ID number) & in pdf format).
Requirements:
Letter and video addressed to the Vice-Chancellor for Lasallian Mission and Vice-Chancellor for Academics which includes the following:
a. Self-Introduction (name, age, residence, undergraduate degree, interests, etc.)
b. Why do you need the scholarship? What are the current circumstances that you experience at the moment?
c. How do you plan to help the underserved sector in the Philippines?
Email the following requirements. Please rename the files to be uploaded as (Last Name, First Name, Middle Name, & Temporary/Student ID number) & in PDF format.
a. Official Transcript of Records (TOR)
b. Photocopy of National Medical Admission Test (NMAT) Score
c. Certificate of General Weighted Average (GWA) or General Point Average (GPA)
d. Certificate of Moral Character
e. Photocopy of billing statement (electricity, water, telephone, internet, cable) for the last three months (must submit all)
