The Project Manager acts as the central execution leader, responsible for concurrently driving 3 to 4 active project sites to successful completion. This role acts as the critical bridge between the Design, Purchase, and Client teams, empowering Site Supervisors to execute the work with uncompromising speed, quality, and strict adherence to internal processes (PSS).
Responsibility A: Design Handover & Pre-Execution Planning
Take Complete Design Handover: Extract and absorb 100% of the execution details, drawings, and specifications from the design team in one comprehensive go before mobilizing the site.
Eliminate Ambiguity: Clarify all technical and material requirements upfront to prevent mid-project pauses or rework.
Responsibility B: Multi-Site Execution & Team Leadership
Lead Multiple Sites: Concurrently manage and oversee 3 to 4 active sites at any given time.
Deploy & Direct Supervisors: Allocate one dedicated site supervisor per site and direct their daily activities to ensure ground-level momentum.
Ensure Speed & Quality: Drive the execution timeline aggressively while maintaining uncompromising quality standards.
Maintain Documentation: Ensure all daily progress, site QC, and required reports are properly documented.
Responsibility C: Purchase & Procurement Coordination
Material Dispatch Coordination: Liaise seamlessly with the Purchase Department to align material sourcing and site dispatches with the execution schedule.
Contractor PO Management: Coordinate proactively with the Purchase Department to ensure all Purchase Orders (POs) for petty contractors are formally issued before they commence work on-site.
Responsibility D: Client & Process Management
Client Communication: Act as the primary interface with the client for all execution-related queries, updates, and site walkthroughs.
PSS Adherence: Ensure total compliance with the Process System Structure (PSS) across all managed sites, strictly enforcing standard operating procedures.
To evaluate the Project Manager's performance, the following metrics will be tracked:
On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of sites handed over on or before the committed client deadline (measuring speed).
Zero-Defect Handover Rate: Number of snag-list items at the time of client handover (measuring quality).
PSS Compliance Score: Audit scores reflecting how accurately PSS protocols and site documentation standards were maintained.
Procurement Alignment: Instances of site downtime caused by late material requests or delayed petty contractor PO issuances.
Client Satisfaction: Client feedback score regarding site communication and execution professionalism.
