Dear Diamond Lake School Families,
We had a fantastic first week of school at Diamond Lake! Our students are already diving into learning, building friendships, and settling into routines that will set them up for a successful year. Thank you for your support in helping us start the year strong.
As we celebrate this great start, we also want to highlight the importance of being in school every day. Did you know that missing just 2 days of school each month adds up to nearly 10% of the school year? Consistent attendance makes a big difference for both academic growth and social connections.
We are looking forward to all the learning, fun, and community building ahead. Thank you for partnering with us to ensure that every student is present and ready to learn each day.
Every day at DLS matters! This week we had 1 day of perfect attendance! It was amazing to see ALL students present and learning that day!
Keep shining and #SparkleOn,
Mrs. Sunny Morley
Principal, Diamond Lake School

Our updated cafeteria furniture has transformed the space into a welcoming and safe place where students can enjoy meals and time with friends. We’re so fortunate to have such a wonderful space to call our own.
With students back in school, please remember to drive carefully through our neighborhoods. Many children are walking to school or waiting at bus stops in the mornings and afternoons. Your caution, patience, and attentiveness help keep every child safe as they travel to and from school. Thank you for doing your part to protect our students!
D76 CARES: At D76, the well-being of our students and families is our top priority.
