Seal of Good Local Governance Audit
The Seal of Good Local Governance (SGLG or Seal) as an institutionalized award, incentive, honor, and recognition-based program continues to uphold its commitment in bringing about people-oriented reforms that will enable the local government units to foster a culture of good governance amid the challenges in the local government landscape. An LGU must pass all ten (10) governance areas: Financial Administration and Sustainability; Disaster Preparedness; Social Protection and Sensitivity; Health Compliance and Responsiveness; Sustainable Education; Business-Friendliness and Competitiveness; Safety, Peace and Order; Environmental Management; Tourism, Heritage Development, Culture and Arts; and Youth Development.

On the utilization of funds, is it the amount disbursed? will it be possible to consider the amount obligated?
Answer: Utilization rate will not include "obligated funds".
Pwede ba na ang staff complement ng DRRMO is only designated especially for 4th-6th class municipalities?
Answer: The TWG has already decided that the LGU must have 3 (for P, C, 1st-3rd Mun.) or 1 (for 4th-6th Mun.) plantilla staff complement in the LDRRMO.
For PDPFP, ano po need i-comply if under review pa po ang plan ng DHSUD? Sapat na po ba ang RLUC resolution or Certification o need pa ng Certification from DHSUD?
Answer: RLUC Resolution or certification will suffice. It should indicate the plan has been reviewed and results of risk assessment have already been incorporated in the final draft of the plan.
Kailangan pa ba ng MOA with partner schools kung hindi naman identified as evacuation center ang school at LGU owned ang facility?
Answer: If designated evacuation center is LGU owned, there is no need for a MOA.
