Local Project Monitoring Committee Functionality
With the passage of R.A. No. 7160, monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of programs and projects have been devolved to LGUs. Consequently, DILG MC No. 2004-78 & 2019-188, was issued to facilitate the organization and reconstitution of Project Monitoring Councils (PMCs) nationwide to further strengthen the roles of the said committee in ensuring transparency and accountability in the implementation of local government programs and projects.

1st Quarter Submissions
a. 3 Annual Plans for 2025 (M&E Plans, WFP, and M&E Work Program) DEADLINE Feb 28, 2025
b. Conduct at least 1 Quarterly Meeting
c. Conduct at least 1 Quarterly On-site Monitoring
d. Conduct at least 2 Capdevs (for the year)
e. Submit the duly accomplished RPMES Forms 5-11
f. Minutes of the meeting, Post Activity Report (Training), Copy of Certificate of Completion/Attendance.
g. Updated Executive Order on the Creation of LPMC (for Additional CSOs from the People's Council)
