The LCPCs - as a local and community-based institution - are valuable and strategic mechanisms for the efficient and effective implementation of policies, programs, and projects on all the major areas of concern for children.
Recognizing this, the DILG has issued several MCs to guide LGUs on the establishment of LCPCs through the years.
