The CUCPD is one of the strategies being implemented to address the root causes of insurgency and other armed conflicts - The need to prioritize and harmonize the government's delivery of basic services and social welfare packages, facilitate societal inclusivity and ensure the active participation of the different sectors of society in the pursuit of sustainable peace and prosperity.
