Study classical Chinese Buddhist language through textual readings and translation. Readings include meditation and mental states from Chinese translations of Indian works, and Chinese writings on miraculous spiritual responses and biographical literature.

Eligibility:
Currently enrolled graduate students with a foundation in classical Buddhist Chinese languages and texts.
Costs:
DILA offers housing subsidies throughout the duration of the study, while participants are responsible for airfare and meal expenses.
