We are excited to get started working on your new website project. Below are the next steps to get us off to a quick and productive start.
This site is your staff site. It may be used by anyone in your staff and will contain walkthroughs, how-to's, account links, website logins, and more that are unique and made only for OTS. Digital Brick is currently building a new client portal that will have a more traditional interface but for now we use Google Sites.
We will taylor this staff site to include anything needed to make OTS' day-to-day operations easier and more productive, as well as build a strong foundation long-term success.
Because this staff site will be where everything is contained you should bookmark this webpage so you can reference it easily. If you need to share the link with other staff members copy and paste this URL and email it to them:

We will need access to every platform we will be working on for OTS. Please grant "Admin" access if asked. This includes:
Google Business Profile (Formerly Google My Business): You will receive a access request at the gmail account that is connected to the profile. I will send this request today 6/1.
Facebook Page: I will send a request via FB that should show in all admins FB notification area as well as a FB email to admins email accounts.
YouTube Channel: Depending on how the channel was originally set up there will be a few different ways to grant access. I will contact with the exact method to use once we are connected to the Google Business Profile.

Because we share the "Shared Drive and Client Brief" to keep them protected you can submit which staff members you would like to have access to each. *Must be a gmail account. Simply email Dennis dennis@digitalbrick.org with the staff members email address and what you would like them to have access to (Client Brief - Shared Drive).

Digital Brick uses our Business Google Workspace account to provide unlimited shared cloud storage with HGS. Any assets we create for the website, social media, branding and identity, or future design projects can all be accessed at any time from the shared drive. This drive is also where you can upload logos, pictures, etc that you would like to provide us (the more the better) to work with.
The shared drive permissions require a Google Account to access it. Please email us the email addresses (Google Accounts/ @gmail) for any OTS staff members whom you would like to have access to the drive.
Once you are added to the shared drive via your gmail account you can access it here on the staff site under the "Shared Drive" menu link.
The folder structure is very simple in the shared drive:
Administrative: This folder contains the original quote of services, billing, client brief, premium plugins, and/or other administrative documents and data depending on what services Digital Brick provides to your business.
Final Asset Files: Anything created by Digital Brick or final usable version of a graphic or logo will be saved in an organized fashion under this folder. You may use any graphic in this folder.
UPLOAD HERE: Any file or folder of files you would like to provide to Digital Brick should be uploaded into this folder. We will then take them and organize them as needed and any final versions or created graphics will be saved in an organized fashion under the Final Assets Files Folder.
The Client Brief is simply a detailed profile of your business. Address, phone number, social media links, etc. It is important to keep all of your business info exactly the same everywhere it shows up online. The Client Brief provides us the ability to keep a shared document to reference and then simply copy and paste when Digital Brick or OTS create new profiles for OTS.
Like the shared drive the client brief permissions will require a user be added via a gmail account. Once added please fill in as much of the business information as you can.
