Dragonmeld(이하 "본 앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 본 방침을 통해 데이터 처리 방식을 안내합니다.
1. 수집하는 정보
본 앱 자체는 이용자의 이름, 이메일, 연락처, 위치 등 개인 식별 정보를 직접 수집하지 않으며, 회원가입 절차도 없습니다. 다만 본 앱은 광고를 표시하기 위해 Google AdMob 서비스를 사용하며, AdMob 및 Google은 광고 제공·맞춤설정·측정을 위해 광고 식별자(Advertising ID), 기기 정보, IP 주소, 대략적인 위치, 앱 사용 데이터 등을 수집·처리할 수 있습니다. 또한 온라인 랭킹 기능을 이용하는 경우 아래 3항의 정보가 전송됩니다.
2. 게임 데이터 저장
최고 점수, 누적 통계, 보유 코인, 스킨, 도감, 설정 등 게임 진행 정보는 이용자의 기기 내부 저장소에만 보관되며 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 해당 데이터도 함께 삭제됩니다. 단, 온라인 랭킹에 제출된 정보는 예외이며 3항에서 별도로 설명합니다.
3. 온라인 랭킹
본 앱은 다른 이용자와 점수를 겨룰 수 있는 온라인 랭킹 기능을 제공합니다. 한 판이 끝나면 닉네임, 최고 점수, 누적 점수, 누적 점수에 따른 등급 표시, 국가 코드, 기록 시각이 Google Firebase(Cloud Firestore)에 저장되며, 게임 내 랭킹 화면에서 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다. 이때 회원가입 없이 자동 발급되는 익명 식별자가 함께 저장되는데, 이는 무작위 문자열로 이용자 개인을 알아낼 수 없으며 한 사람당 랭킹 한 줄을 유지하기 위한 용도로만 사용됩니다.
닉네임은 이용자가 직접 입력하며 다른 이용자에게 그대로 표시되므로, 실명이나 개인정보를 입력하지 않으시기 바랍니다. 닉네임을 정하지 않으면 자동으로 임의의 이름이 부여됩니다. 국가 코드는 기기에 설정된 언어에서 추출한 값이며, GPS 등 위치 정보 기능은 사용하지 않습니다.
랭킹 기능은 인터넷에 연결되어 있을 때만 동작하며, 랭킹을 이용할 수 없는 상황에서도 게임은 정상적으로 이용하실 수 있습니다.
4. 랭킹 기록의 보관 및 삭제
랭킹 기록은 마지막으로 갱신된 날로부터 90일 동안 새로운 기록이 없으면 자동으로 삭제됩니다. 주간 랭킹은 매주 새로 시작되며 지난 주 기록은 순위 집계에 사용되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 정보는 모두 사라지지만, 이미 제출된 랭킹 기록은 위 기준에 따라 삭제될 때까지 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 즉시 삭제를 원하시는 경우 아래 문의처로 요청해 주시기 바라며, 기록을 확인할 수 있도록 랭킹에 표시된 닉네임을 함께 알려 주시기 바랍니다.
5. 광고
본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고(부활 보상형 광고, 코인 적립 보상형 광고, 게임오버 전면 광고)를 표시합니다. 광고를 불러오기 위해 인터넷 연결이 필요하며, Google은 광고 제공·측정을 위해 데이터를 처리합니다. 게임 플레이 자체는 오프라인에서도 가능하나, 광고 표시에는 네트워크가 사용됩니다.

유럽 경제 지역(EEA), 영국, 스위스의 이용자에게는 앱 최초 실행 시 광고 개인정보 동의 창이 표시됩니다. 한 번 선택하신 내용은 게임 내 설정 화면의 "광고 개인정보" 항목에서 언제든지 다시 선택하실 수 있습니다. 광고 제거 상품을 구매하신 경우에는 광고가 표시되지 않습니다.
6. 결제
본 앱은 Google Play 결제를 통해 코인 묶음과 광고 제거 상품을 판매합니다. 결제 처리는 전적으로 Google Play가 담당하며, 본 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 수단 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다. 구매가 완료되었다는 사실과 지급 결과만 기기 내부에 기록됩니다.
7. 권한
본 앱은 인터넷(네트워크) 접근 외에 별도의 민감한 기기 권한(위치, 연락처, 카메라, 저장소 등)을 요청하지 않습니다.
8. 아동 개인정보 보호
본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동으로부터 개인정보를 직접 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 서비스(Google AdMob)는 데이터를 수집할 수 있으므로, 관련 법규 및 Google 정책에 따라 광고가 제공됩니다. 아동이 이용하는 경우 보호자의 지도 아래 이용하시고, 랭킹 닉네임에 실명을 입력하지 않도록 안내해 주시기 바랍니다.

Dragonmeld ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains how the App handles data.
1. Information We Collect
The App itself does not directly collect personal identifiers such as your name, email, contacts, or location, and no account registration is required. However, the App uses Google AdMob to display ads, and AdMob/Google may collect and process information such as your Advertising ID, device information, IP address, approximate location, and app usage data in order to serve, personalize, and measure ads. In addition, if you use the online leaderboard, the information described in section 3 is transmitted.
2. Game Data Storage
Game progress such as high scores, cumulative statistics, coin balance, skins, the collection, and settings is stored only on your device and is never sent to any external server. Uninstalling the App deletes this data. Information submitted to the online leaderboard is an exception and is described separately in section 3.
3. Online Leaderboard
The App offers an online leaderboard so you can compare scores with other players. When a game ends, your nickname, best score, cumulative score, a rank badge derived from your cumulative score, a country code, and a timestamp are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and shown to other players on the in-game leaderboard. An anonymous identifier issued automatically without any sign-up is stored alongside it; this is a random string that cannot be used to identify you personally, and it exists only to keep one leaderboard entry per player.
The nickname is entered by you and is displayed to other players exactly as written, so please do not enter your real name or any personal information. If you do not choose a nickname, a random one is assigned. The country code is derived from your device language; GPS and other location services are not used.
The leaderboard requires an internet connection. The App remains fully playable when the leaderboard is unavailable.
4. Retention and Deletion of Leaderboard Entries
A leaderboard entry is deleted automatically if it has not been updated for 90 days. The weekly leaderboard resets every week, and entries from previous weeks are not used in the current ranking. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device, but entries already submitted to the leaderboard may remain until deleted as described above. If you would like your entry removed immediately, please contact us at the address below and include the nickname shown on the leaderboard so that we can identify the entry.
5. Advertising
The App displays ads (rewarded ads for revive, rewarded ads for earning coins, interstitial ads on game over) through Google AdMob. An internet connection is required to load ads, and Google processes data to serve and measure them. The gameplay itself works offline, but showing ads uses the network.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown an advertising consent form when the App is first launched. That choice can be changed at any time from the "Ad privacy" item in the App's settings screen. If you purchase the Remove Ads product, no ads are shown.
6. Purchases
The App sells coin packs and a Remove Ads product through Google Play Billing. Payment is handled entirely by Google Play, and the App does not collect or store payment details such as card numbers. Only the fact that a purchase completed and the resulting grant are recorded on your device.
7. Permissions
Other than internet (network) access, the App does not request sensitive device permissions (location, contacts, camera, storage, etc.).
8. Children's Privacy
The App does not directly collect personal information from children under 13. The advertising service (Google AdMob) may collect data; ads are served in accordance with applicable laws and Google's policies. If a child plays, we ask that a guardian supervise and ensure that no real name is entered as a leaderboard nickname.
