CLASSROOM SNEAK PEAK

BOOK IDEAS: Non-fiction:

Book reports will be centered around non-fiction genre.  Students are to choose a topic of interest that should peak their interest and guide their research questions.  This book reading will differ from previous assignments because each book they choose may be a result of their research.  Books should be around 150 pages. There will be a packet to guide them per book.  Here are our projected book reading due dates.  Due to the nature of one's research, dates can be flexible. All reading and packets will be due on May 12.

Book Reading 2: Due April 7 (Focus: Thin Questions-seeking information to help drive new questions)

Book Reading 3: Due April 25 (Focus: Thick Questions-seeking information that may lead to answers; typcially these are questions to help lead to new solutions.)
