message from the principal
La Quinta High School has a long and proud tradition of excellence. That excellence includes the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program (IBDP), AP, and AVID programs. We have a thriving CTE program which incorporates the Information Technology Academy, Medical Health Academy, Public Service Academy, and the Culinary Arts program which rivals most colleges. We are honored to offer the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program. We are a school of dedicated professionals. At the forefront of that dedication are the phenomenal teachers of La Quinta High School. We have a highly diverse and talented student population. Our athletic programs are steeped in championship level competition. Our extracurricular activities such as music, ASB, visual and performing arts, and robotics continue to provide a well-rounded high school experience for our students. There is a high achievement bar in every aspect of La Quinta High School. As principal, my commitment is to take great care of my leadership team who is expected to take great care of my staff who is expected to ultimately take great care of our students. Welcome to La Quinta High School.
