Staff Development
D-E's Staff Development Advisory Committee
The purpose of the District Staff Development Advisory Committee is to:
Develop a district staff development plan that fosters the improvement of quality teaching and learning in alignment with D-E's Strategic Plan (see below)
Assist each site with staff development opportunities that are consistent with the district goals
Evaluate the results of the staff development plan at both the district and site levels
Ensure that staff development funding is being allocated equitably and in alignment with D-E's Strategic Plan (see below)

Growing concurrent enrollment opportunities for students
