Thank you for visiting our Digital Literacy Site!  It is with great excitement that I introduce myself as your Digital Literacy Teacher at Foxview!  I have a bachelor's degree in Business Management, teaching degree for grades 1-8, and a master's degree in Educational Technology. This is my 10th year as Foxview's Digital Literacy Teacher. I've spent the previous 8 years at Foxview as a classroom teacher in both 5th and 6th grades. I've really enjoyed tapping into another part of my educational background & passion for teaching technology in our digital world. I consider myself very lucky to be able to work with ALL of the students at Foxview!

KINDNESS RULES!

We often think of heroes as people who have supernatural powers, go by awesome code names & accessorize with capes. Superheroes can teach us a lot about being forces for good, but it's the everyday heroes who make a real impact on our world. The key to being an everyday hero is to show kindness to everyone — and that's something anybody can do! Give it a try today. You could say "hi" to the new kid, invite someone to sit with you on the bus or volunteer to help your teacher. The more acts of kindness you do, the more powerful of an everyday hero you'll become — & you don't even need a cape.
