Carlos P. Garcia High School Library and Learning Resource Center is equipped with strong internet connection from two Internet Providers which cater the needs of teachers and learners since then, whenever they need online resources. CPGHS Library and LRC also have three functional computer units for the consumption of the learners and eight computer units for teachers per subject area. The Learning Resource Coordinator takes care of the submitted physical and digital teaching and learning resources of CPGHS teachers.

Even when the pandemic came, teaching and learning never stopped for the Garcian Community. The School Year 2020-2021 might be difficult, but CPGHS, together with the Schools Division Office of Quezon City, is continuously working at its best to adhere with the mandate of providing quality education. Efforts like providing webinars, trainings, collaborative meetings, LAC sessions, and other ways to upskill and retool teachers were done in order to deliver the best quality of education amidst the pandemic. Even if CPGHS teachers are under work from home set-up, they constantly connect with the school admin and staff, LR Coordinator, ICT Coordinator, Librarian Aide, and Property Custodian in relation to delivering properly the learning materials for learners. 

The physical library  and learning resource center of the school is just waiting for the learners to come back. Meantime, this CPGHS Online Learning Resource could be of great help in accessing some other teaching and learning materials.
