1. Title Format
Type the title in an inverted triangle format (each line gradually decreasing in length).
Use boldface font to highlight the title for emphasis.
Example:

Blocks Behind the Local Artist’s Success
2. Author’s / authors’ Name/s:
"A Proposed Production Study" is in lightface font, title case, and centered – first line.
"submitted by" is in lightface font and centered – second line.
The major: "Visual Arts" in parentheses is in lightface font, title case and centered – last line.
The names of the authors [Full name: First name, middle initial, and last name] are in lightface font, alphabetical order, and centered.

"To the faculty of the" is in lightface font and centered – first line.
"Special Program in the Arts of" is in lightface font and centered - second line.

The school address, “Roosevelt Street, Santa Barbara, Iloilo” is in light face and centered – last line.

4. Spacing
Apply 1.5 line spacing to all textual entries, with appropriate spacing between entries to maintain clarity and readability.
5. Pagination, and Month and Year
The title page should not include a page number, month and year.
