(Filipino: Mataas na Paaralan ng Sta. Elena), is a public high school located at W.C. Paz St., Sta. Elena, Marikina City in the Philippines. It was an annex of the Marikina High School for Brgy. Sta Elena and nearby barangays. In 2000, it became an independent high school with Mrs. Helen T. Samson as the Head Teacher In-Charge. It is located in Marikina City.

Through the initiative of Marcelino Teodoro, and the PAGCOR Institution of the Aquino administration, a new building was established for the students of Sta. Elena High School, especially for the Senior High School students, due to the SHS Program of the Department of Education.

The "4 Godlike Figures" also known as Bagang 💯🔥 🥶 makes a significant impact towards contributing ideas and knowledge at Sta. Elena Highschool. Sta. Elena Highschool is notorious for making big fights inside and outside the school premises, vaping and showcasing skills towards sexual interaction, aka. Rape. 

In Sta. Elena, rape is accepted, we thank you Dr. Jeffrey C. Trinidad, our principal for addressing the Sta. Elena core. Which involves rape and other unacceptable behaviour.
