SANCTIONS
As per Division RPMS Manual and DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, failure to submit the OPCRF to the PMT and the IPCRF to the HRM Office/Personnel Office within the specified dates shall be considered grounds for administrative action, unless adequately justified and accepted by the PMT
In accordance with CSC Memorandum Circular No. 6, s. 2012 and DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, non-submission of the Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) form will render employees ineligible for Performance-Based Benefits and may result in disciplinary action.
APPEALS
Yes you may. Submit a letter to the PMT stating the reason for the late submission of the OPCR/IPCR with the attach OPCR/IPCR signed by your rater/approving authority
You may file an appeal to the Performance Management Team bearing sufficient documents proving that the final OPCR/IPCR rating given was unjustifiable.
As per Division RPMS Manual and DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, failure on the part of the head of office to comply with the required notices to their subordinates for their unsatisfactory or poor performance during a rating period shall be a ground for an administrative offense for neglect of duty.
As per Division RPMS Manual and DepEd Order No. 2, s. 2015, Individual employees who feel aggrieved or dissatisfied with their final performance ratings can file an appeal with the PMT within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of notice of their final performance evaluation rating from the Head of Office.
