The coming back of the full face-to-face implementation of Regional Schools Press Conference is radiating in beauty and in grace. This captures the shining hope of Cagayan Valley to re-ignite its illuminating power of nurturing learners who are instrumental of positive change and continuous development through responsible campus journalism.
This year, the Schools Division of Cagayan through the Municipality of Lal-lo is the torch bearer of bringing radiance for the most-anticipated RSPC 2023. With its battle cry, La-lo shines even brighter, RSPC 2023 is a sure hit to shine even more etching various firsts in the history of campus journalism.
The RSPC logo is magnifying optimism and brilliance of Cagayan Valley as it soars to reach the pedestal of imprinting a noteworthy legacy that will be remembered across generations.

Elements of the Logo
Dumanon Kayo: This is the welcoming tag line of Lal-lo in Iloko which means welcome to the Municipality of Lal-lo. The warmth and love for every visitor are the primoradial avenues of the town to amplify hospitality.
Sun: The gift of light through the sun is exemplifying God’s magnificence. Above all, God is the reason why everything existed. Also, it represents how campus journalism bring enlightenment in the society through its incomparable prowess of efficient promotion of what is true, right, and just.
La-lo Shines Even Brighter Logo: This denotes the long-term agenda of the Municipality of La-lo in various facets of development including programs and projects in the education sector.
Hut: This depicts the simplicity of life of Lal-loqueños and the first civilization along the Cagayan River.
Cabibi: The unique bivalve that can only be found along Lal-lo. This is the festival of the town since gathering cabibi is a major income source of the people living near the Cagayan River.
Magapit Bridge: This is one of the known landmarks of Lal-lo connecting western barangays. St. Dominic Parish: This is a remarkable proof of Christianity in Lal-lo as it is known to be one of the first four cities in the Philippines formerly known as Ciudad de Nueva Segovia.
Quill: This represents the role of campus journalism as a vehicle of growth, development, and change.
Boat: Fishing is one of the major livelihoods in Lal-lo due to the bountiful harvests like fish, cabibi, binnek, ala, unnuk, ipon, and ludong from the Cagayan River.
Valley: This manifests the vast and rich land of Cagayan Valley as a region composed of five provinces namely Batanes, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino and four cities, Cauayan, Ilagan, Santiago, and Tuguegarao.
