WYSIWYG is the acronym for What You See Is What You Get. This means that whatever you type, insert, draw, place, rearrange, and everything you do on a page is what the audience will see.

People use Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) codes to create pages and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) codes to design them. Coding skills will help you in creating this pages. If you have not, WYSIWYG is designed for anyone who has not or does not have a prior coding skills.

 

Creating a website using Microsoft Word

1.         Open a Microsoft Word

2.         Type the blog that you make in the previous lesson

3.         Press F12

4.         Specify the Filename “Your Complete Name”

5.         On the Save As Type, select “Web Page (*.htm; *html).”

6.         Click the Change Title Button

7.         Input the title of the blog, then click OK then Save.

8.         Open the blog you created.
