Bagay Elementary School supports and implements DepEd Order (DO)No.40 s.2012 or the Child Protection Policy ( CPP ) which mandates the Department to provide special protection to all learners against all forms of abuse, violence, exploitation, discrimination, bullying and other forms of abuse.

While, during the conduct of different school related activities, the school ensured that the minimum health protocols set by the Inter-Agency Task Force were carried out for the learners. The school also supported the mental health of the learners during this pandemic by looking into the emotional, psychological and social well-being of each learner. In the event of shifting modality from modular printed to blended learning, the recommended screen time was also achieved during the conduct of online classes and an adequate number of video lessons were also sent.
