PTA Orientation on the LDM
In the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic, DepEd stood its decision that education must continue. Since face to face is not allowed, C. dela Cruz ES conducted a PTA orientation to communicate to the parents about the utilization of alternative learning delivery modalities during the New Normal on Aaugust 13,2020.
Meanwhile, Engr. Honesto P. Llagas, Punong Barangay of Cabiraon, showed his support to the programs and undertakings of the school by attending the said orientation and donating Php 4000 for the purchase of bondpapers. In addition to that, he challenged the parents and guardians to always attend meetings and orientation conduct by the school to keep themselves informed.

Maricel P. Buyaco, T3, and Maribel D. Domingo, T1, of C. dela Cruz ES shared to the group about Regional Memorandum Ord. No. 17, S. 2020 “Guide for the Teacher and Personnel to Avoid Complaints and Cases in Time of the New Normal”. This time of new normal where people are forced to adapt to a lot of behavioral changes during and after the enhanced community quarantine, there’s a need for reiteration of the existing laws, rules and regulations to prevent and avoid cases and complaints against teachers and personnel.

Individual Learning Monitoring Plan
Jennie Lyne A. Jovellanos, T3, of C. dela Cruz, talked on Individual Learning Monitoring Plan (IMLP). Jovellanos emphasized that IMLP is very important because this will be utilized in monitoring learner’s progress, making the parents aware of the academic progress of their children, and guiding teachers in adjusting learning content and tasks based on the ability of the learners.
The topics states the uses and parts of the Individual Learning Monitoring Plan. These are: Learner’s Needs, Intervention Strategies, Monitoring Date, Learner’s Status, Insignificant Progress, Significant Progress and Mastery.
