SAN VICENTE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL EMBRACES PROJECT WEBS

The Department of Education is committed to provide basic quality education. It provides schools with teachers who are able to help pupils develop their skills to become responsible and productive citizens of the nation.

Principal plays a vital role in the development of the child. It lies in us the responsibility of building and developing our school to become progressive in all aspects that can give every learner a better place to live in. We have to equip the pupils with the necessary knowledge and intellectual skills to enable them to solve moral issues and evaluate them effectively. We encourage our teachers to teach about responsibility, integrity, honesty, creativity but most of all we teachers are the models.

I am so grateful that we, together with the two ICT Coordinators were given the chance to participate in the creation of school website on the Virtual Webinar Project WEBS by the SDO Cagayan Unit with Sir Andrew Toribio Taaca as the proponent of this platform.

The creation of school website is a perfect avenue for the school to publish its Programs, Projects and Activities, for the Department of Education to evaluate, monitor and track how far the school has done.

Project WEBS will be the manifestation of great accomplishment of teachers, a reflection of their performance and responsibilities attached to their position is carried out to improve learner’s ability.

Education is a continuous process. So even amidst this pandemic, teachers still search for new things in order to deliver the goods to the learners, as stipulated in DO#12 s.2020 or the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan. But the school cannot stand alone without the support of our Barangay Officials, PTA Officers, Alumni and other stakeholders.

We, the San Vicente Elementary School Teaching force are encourage to embrace the challenge and commit ourselves to support all the Department of Education programs and projects in the new normal. We will continue to do something worthwhile in order to equip our learners and create a better place that they can be proud of.

Spreading Love for the Pupils of SVES

A big thanks to the Alumni and Parent Teachers Association of San Vicente Elementary School, who unselfishly share their love through cash and in kind donations for the school even in this time of pandemic. Through their effort they were able to raise funds for the procurement of photocopier (Eneo21) to be used for generating modules which our pupils need as we all know that we are in modular print learning modality.

May you continue to be the source of hope and light through your good deeds to our Alma Mater.
