School leaders play an important motivating and coordinating crucial role in education system on this time of pandemic because of the situation they are facing now. School leaders are like actors in a play where the story, the script and costumes have all changed mid-performance, and they are on stage improvising to adjust to their new role. Despite of these daunting circumstances, school leaders still doing their best and excercise their roles and responsibilities in order to improve and provide quality education on their respective stations. As leaders, they should always be resilient and able to adapt quickly to the challenges they have encountered on crisis that a school have might faced.

As an Instructional leader, you are responsible to monitor, guide and provide technical assistance to your teachers for them to improve their teaching-learning pedagogy which include the preparation of their lesson plan. Teachers prepared and formulated their lesson plans in different ways considering their teaching-learning styles and also considering the learning capabilities of learners.

The school preferred Modular Learning Modality because of some circumstances in the locality but then teachers together with the school head always ready to overcome challenges that might occur on the implementation of teaching-learning process. So the school decided to implement virtual class if Home Visitation is not possible cause by the situation nowadays.

Through the help and support of big hearted and cooperative parents, advisers conducted virtual class in a group or by purok/neighborhood. Thus making teaching-learning a possible one and make learners more interesting and exciting.
