It was constructed in 1997 replacing the two-storey original structure made from bamboo grown and harvested in the area.
It provides office facilities where staff conducts research and administrative activities.
Tree House
It was built in 1980s and originally made of bamboo and sat on a tuai tree (Bischofia javanica) before it was concreted in 1997.
It serves as a venue where officials and visitors conduct meeting and briefing before venturing on ecological tour in the different demonstration areas.
Multipurpose Hall
It was originally made of bamboo and was built in 1997.
The floor was concreted floor was constructed in 2000 before it was further renovated and modernized in May 2019.
It serves as a function hall.
View Deck
It was built in 1998 and concreted in 2003.
It provides visitors access to panoramic view of the different demonstration areas.
Modern Kubo
It was originally built in 2001 using bamboo poles grown and harvested in the area and it was concreted in 2017.
It provides aesthetic beauty in the area.
Nurseries
Provides area for propagating different plant species collected within the forest reserve and adjoining areas.
The nursery beds were concreted in 2017
Ecological Trail
It is a 2 km. ecological trail originally contains 2,083 steps, established in 1989 using bamboo poles and was concreted in January 1997.
It traverses and interconnects all the demonstration areas to provide easy access.
