Students will read the case study of "Chez Liz Resto Bar" and annotate key information.
Students will attempt to create their own business plan by coming up with a product idea. Students will discuss what product idea they have come with and they will talk us through it. This will give students the opportunity to be innovative.
Students will explore local businesses that have become successful who come from BAME backgrounds such as "Chaiwala" and "Boohoo".
Maths - Students will look at the Business plan and complete a section for cash flow and cost where they will have to do some calculations to identify how much their product idea will cost to make.
Computer Science - Students will look at the advantages and disadvantages of digital communication.
