OVERVIEW

Students will look at how organisms are connected and how they interact within ecosystems. Students will look closely at their feeding relationships and competition between species. Students will also study the life cycle of a flowering plant. They will learn about the reproductive parts of a plant and the differences between wind pollinated and insect pollinated flowers. Students will then follow the steps of reproduction from pollination to fertilisation, and finally to germination.
