Agency Standards
Every agent is expected to represent TDA with professionalism — how you communicate, show up, follow through, and support clients.

Daily execution is not about effort — it’s about alignment.
Your activity must match the calendar, the lead standard, and the system of record.
Calendar Discipline (Non-Negotiable)
Your day is governed by the hard calendar. Nothing else.
• Follow the hard calendar without exception
• Execute what is scheduled — no substitutions
• If it’s not on the calendar, it does not get worked
Lead Readiness & Momentum
You are responsible for having enough prepared leads to support scheduled execution.
• Maintain adequate qualified leads for call and field blocks
• Advance touch numbers every day — no stalled leads
• Do not “save” leads for later
Touch & CRM Standards
Movement only counts if it’s visible.
• Every touch is logged in Monday
• If it’s not recorded, it did not happen
• Every touch ends with a next action and a date
• Next actions must align with allowed calendar days
Five-Touch Requirement
Consistency beats creativity.
• Every lead receives five touches within ten business days
• No skipping, cherry-picking, or slowing the process
Execution Behavior
Execution blocks are protected time.
• Call blocks are for calling only
• Field blocks are for field work only
• No admin, multitasking, or drifting during execution blocks
Manager Visibility
Managers can only help what they can see.
• Communicate with your manager daily
• Provide visibility through updates and CRM activity
Failure to meet these expectations is an execution issue, not a training issue.
Every new lead should receive five touches over a 10-business-day period.
This ensures consistent follow-up, prevents missed opportunities, and keeps your pipeline moving.

To keep your activity consistent and predictable, follow these guidelines every time you’re qualifying or setting appointments:
Use the script exactly as written.
This ensures consistency, tonality, and results.
Do NOT leave voicemails.
If they don’t answer, move to the next touch.
Follow the 5-Touch Plan.
Five touches in ten business days ensures you’re calling at varied times automatically.
(You don’t have to think about it — just follow the process.)
Be enthusiastic and engaged.
Your tonality matters more than any individual line in the script.
Be persistent.
Most prospects answer after multiple touches. Keep going.
Use the video examples.
Videos linked in the script section will show you the right pace, tone, and style.
That’s the whole playbook.
Keep it simple, stay consistent, and follow the system.
All scripts live inside the Group Sales page and the Individual Sales page depending on what you’re working on.
Your job is simple:
Use the script fully — don’t freelance.
Consistent language creates consistent results.
Follow the flow exactly.
The script moves the conversation forward by design.
Use the videos.
Watch the examples linked near each script to learn pacing, tone, and transitions.
Scripts exist to remove guesswork so you can focus on tonality, confidence, and setting appointments — not remembering lines.
