Mme Andersen is excited to be teaching your child for the 2023-2024 school year!
I began teaching in 2015 at the high school level. Can you believe I use to teach grade 12 History and Social Studies?! Since then I have taught grades 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7, 8, 9, and 10. Whew!
I have bachelor of Arts in History and Humanities, a bachelor of Education, and a Graduate Diploma in French immersion teaching from Simon Fraser University. I hold a certificate in Special Education from Queens University. I currently working on my Masters in Education and will be done in May 2024.
I grew up in North Delta and was enrolled in the French immersion program from K to grade 12. I love French and hope to share my passion for the language with my students.
I live in South Surrey with my husband, Peter, who is a police officer, and our thee year old daughter, Quinn. We also have a Shiba Inu named Hiro.
Mme Andersen would greatly appreciate:
