Educational Background and Professional Experience: I am an Education Specialist. I have had the privilege of working with young students for more than 20 years. I have a Masters of Arts in Education with a specialization in Autism. I have taught in the Del Mar Union School District since 2003. Previously, I was a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a private healthcare company in San Diego. Every day I am excited to see students as they use their unique learning set of tools to further grow and develop their knowledge.

What to Expect in the Learning Lab
The Learning Lab is a program for students with identified unique learning needs that require an Individualized Education Program to foster academic growth toward their greatest learning potential. I believe every student has learning strengths and challenges that can be used as tools to reach individual goals.
Life Outside of the Stallion's Stable
I am grateful to be a mother to 3 boys. I have a 4 and 6 year old at home. We enjoy hiking, riding bikes, and creative projects. In addition to being a mom to Rayler and Tyden. I run a non-profit organization in honor of my son's memory called Happy Star Melodies. This organization is a big part of my heart, we bring music and instruments to kids fighting life threatening illnesses. In my free time, I also like hiking, running, cycling, stand up paddle boarding, and exploring things in nature.
