Mrs. Tobias' Mission Statement

My mission is to inspire my students to believe in themselves, to emphasize their successes, and to challenge their abilities so that they can reach their highest potential. I will teach my students that they have the power within themselves to make good choices and become someone. My words and actions will demonstrate respect, compassion, and understanding for my students, and I will expect the same from them. I will create a safe, closely-knit family atmosphere in my classroom, where individuals' uniqueness is celebrated. I will set standards high for my students in all areas such as behavior, academics, and personal interactions. All students will be held accountable for their actions. I will inspire the love of learning within my students by maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude as I help guide them through their classes and life.
