Gifted with Learning differences

Being gifted and also having a learning or thinking difference is not unheard of. A child may be exceptional in many areas and then have trouble in another--that child may still be considered gifted. The resources down below are great articles and websites that talk about twice exceptional (2e) children. All children can be referred to the gifted program at Decatur Public Schools and ALL students have a fair and equal opportunity to join the gifted program.
