Bannieshta is a hiker and a Zumba instructor who joined decathlon because of her love for the brand as a customer. She joined as a sport leader and in less than a couple of years she became the operations manager of the city.

From cyclone Fanny to COVID lockdown over the last couple of years Banneishta has been omnipresent for the support of her teammates. Even when our stores were shut during these difficult instances, Bannieshta continued to self-improve for she knew the real worth of time and constantly continued to empower her fellow teammates.

Bannieshta had initially not intended to stay in the same corporate for long but she gradually stopped seeing Decathlon as a company and started seeing the place as a platform to help her achieve a bigger life purpose...'that of one day making sports sustainably accessible to all in India'.
