Kathleen Anderson

I, Kathleen Anderson, am delighted to be on board at Be Lights. A spiritual journey is personal with the Loving Teachings 

of Christ and Our Lady, guiding the way to BEcome Lights!

Upon reflection, as a Deaf child, raised in Hearing family of traditional Catholic Faith, I’m not Biblically well-versed as some others. My lip-reading skills, generally speaking, taxing in 

concentration. The highlight, for me, is receiving Holy Communion at Mass, sensing God’s Presence, strengthening His Faithful to ride the wavy currents of Life. As a result, I’ve occasionally served as Minister of Eucharist since my Teens.

My hope for our Deaf Youth is to be anchored by way of  effective communication accessibility to the core beliefs of Catholicism especially when navigating in today’s world of spiritual warfare.
