# FateSpin Privacy Policy

D.Dealing Co., Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") describes below how user information is handled in the smartphone app "FateSpin" (the "App").

## 1. Information We Collect

The App stores the following information on the user's device:

- Roulette names

- Options

- Roulette result history

- Settings information (such as Sound Effects ON/OFF, Haptic Feedback ON/OFF, and theme settings)

The App does not collect personally identifiable information as part of its core app functions, such as name, address, phone number, or email address.

## 2. Purpose of Use

Information handled by the App is used only for the following purposes:

- Providing app functions such as roulette creation, display, and result saving

- Applying user settings

- Troubleshooting and improving app quality

- Displaying ads in the free plan and managing related privacy choices

## 3. External Transmission and Third-Party Services

User-entered roulette data is not sent to our servers.

However, the App may use third-party services for advertising and consent management.  

As a result, limited technical information may be transmitted to those service providers as required for ad delivery, privacy messaging, fraud prevention, or service operation.

Third-party services used by the App may include:

- Google AdMob

- Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)

Please review the privacy policies of those providers as needed.

## 4. Data Storage and Deletion

Data handled by the App is stored locally on the user's device.

Users can delete result history or reset app data from the Settings screen.

If the App is uninstalled, device data is deleted according to the behavior of the operating system.

## 5. Security

We strive to implement reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, and related risks.

## 6. Use by Minors

The App is not an age-restricted service.  

If minors use the App, they should do so with the consent of a parent or guardian when appropriate.

## 7. Revisions

We may revise this policy as needed.

Any revised content will be notified or published through the App or by other appropriate means.
