DCU IoE prides itself on being a forward thinking innovative provider of postgraduate research education. There is an ever increasing need to tap into the emerging needs of society with regard to the type of graduates we are producing. The IoE is responding in its own way by providing the first ever IoE design challenge for its research students - a Hackathon.

A hackathon is a creative problem-solving event. In this event, research students come together to solve/hack an education challenge for the 21st Century, in just two days!

The winning team receives an iPad Air for each of their team members!
