Transcript Requests

Please complete the high school transcript request form to request a transcript from the CCI Academy. If you need a copy of your Dual Enrollment or WGTC transcript, you must order that directly from WGTC. The CCI Academy is unable to send an official WGTC/Dual Enrollment transcript.

Please complete the linked form to request a copy of your official WGTC/Dual Enrollment transcripts. There is a fee for each copy of the transcript you request. For an unofficial copy of your WGTC/Dual Enrollment transcript, please log into your WGTC Banner Web account. Select "Student Records" then "Unofficial Transcript." The CCI Academy is unable to provide/send an official copy of your Dual Enrollment/ WGTC transcripts. If you have taken any Dual Enrollment courses, you must send an official copy of your WGTC transcripts to any college you apply for.
